The book Football Hero by Tim Green is a thrilling book about a boy living in a new city and the stuff he has to face.

 He and his sister have to live with their aunt and uncle because their   parents had died a while ago.  Ty and his sister Charlotte are now living with his aunt and uncle in a small town in New York.  He goes to Halpern Middle School where he is a wide receiver for the team.  He is faced with getting bullied by Calvin West,a guy about the size he is.

His brother Thane is a millionaire who sees Ty every Friday night and on the weekends to go out and eat or buy clothes or something.

Ty is a huge fan of football and hears his brother Thane will be playing for the New York Jets.

“You don’t ever quit” is a great quote from this book because if you quit, you won’t ever succeed.  If you don’t quit, you will become better at what you are doing.
